Easter hopping

Important lesson of the week: BACK UP. I'm not as tekky as you. But don't make me get the wires and ignite a spark where it can actually leave a nasty mark. Coz I will. But sige na nga. Since you are entertaining & in honor of your clueless... ness, let's recount those hirits one more time:

1. Panalo sa hirit
A: Kilala mo ba si **?
Bogart:Ha? Hinde ko kilala yun. Ikaw lang naman kilala ko dito eh. (Ows? talaga? out of 8000+ employees? Hinde nga?)
H & K: Mouth wide open in astonishment followed by uncomfortable silence.

2.The unfortunate tale of the rellenong bangus
H: (making an innocent observation) Uy, isa lang palang isda yan na hinati sa inyo.
Bogart: Aba, oo nga noh. May ibig sabihin yan. Baka it means we're meant for each other
A: Tumigil ka nga dyan!
Bogart: Ang taray mo pala, mahihirapan siguro magiging boyfriend mo kung hinde sya ako. (Laughs like a horse on helium)
C: Shocked to the highest level
H: Didn't hear a thing and continues to eat her laing. (pasensya, ang sarap eh)

Office romance, drama & kajologan. You just gotta love it.

I know right? Anyway. In the spirit of New Years (or the almost end of the 1st quarter of 2008), Let me summarize 2007 in a few phrases. The beginning of the year was all about unexpected travel, the middle of the year was immensely stressful & almost unbearable and the last part of the year was... well so-so.

So for this year, I expect more stress from work (kailangan magresign lahat?), more surprises (according to a trustworthy palmista), more tv series downloads (thank God the writer's strike is over) & of course, the continuous battle with the bulge.

Speaking of which, what I can't definitely say no to is homemade mushroom risotto (made by yours truly) Oohhhlalala! Carbs never looked so good.
